Nebula Automotive Pvt Ltd, launched a set of all-terrain vehicles in Mumbai today. The company is one of the pioneers in all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and off-road machines. The firm exhibited 12 such vehicles from 110cc to 800cc power range. These vehicles will be sold in the market through the dealerships established in Pune and Navi Mumbai.
Nebula's ATV vehicles are have a starting price of Rs.90,000 and range up to Rs.15 lakhs. These vehicles can be used for off-road site seeing, beach shore rides, for recreation purposes and also for treading on hard surfaces.
During the launch event, Mr. Sukhdev Asnani, Managing Director of Nebula Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Said that the company has made a move realizing the need for off-road and ATVs in India. Since its early launch, the company has sold over 2000 units of these vehicles. Nebula imports the ATVs in completely knocked down units and assembles in its Pune assembly plant.

The weekend is finally here, and hopefully this afternoon's storms don't ... well, you know. Here are a few things to look forward to after the clouds blow over.* Opening tonight at The Belcourt is pretty much a must-see: A Separation. Here's the opening of Steven Hale's review in this week's Scene:
The first Iranian film to win an Academy Award ? Best Foreign Language Film, in case you missed writer-director Asghar Farhadi's stirring speech Sunday night ? the domestic drama A Separation is a story of dilemmas within dilemmas, of moral, legal, cultural and religious quandaries that only spawn more quandaries, like an infinite set of Russian matryoshka dolls. It will not spoil anything to tell you that A Separation begins and ends with questions for which there is no satisfying answer ? the source of the movie's insight into human nature, as well as its steadily mounting suspense.
* If you Late Shift types want something, uh, slightly less thoughtful: Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie ? a flick that "means to make as many people hold their stomachs as their sides" ? is the midnight feature.
* Saturday brings the Art Crawl, and if you haven't already, you should check Joe Nolan's Crawl Space column for heads-up on what's good.
* Also Saturday, the Church of Scientology Celebrity Center hosts a rather unusual event: a theatrical performance of L. Ron Hubbard's works. Thetans and thespians ? intriguing, for sure.

Kroell wins downhill for 2nd straight WCup victory
KVITFJELL, Norway (AP) ? Klaus Kroell of Austria narrowly won a men's World Cup downhill Saturday for his second straight victory on the Olympic course in Kvitfjell.
Kroell shared a super-G victory with Beat Feuz of Switzerland on Friday, but was alone atop the podium after finishing the downhill course in 1 minute, 45.76 seconds.
Kjetil Jansrud was second, 0.02 seconds behind, and fellow Norwegian Aksel Lund Svindal was third, 0.48 behind the winner.
Kroell's sixth career World Cup win moved him to the top of the downhill standings ahead of Swiss veteran Didier Cuche, who finished 10th.
Kroell leads the discipline standings with 569 points, 48 more than Cuche, with two downhill races left at the World Cup finals in Schladming, Austria.
Jansrud, who was bidding for his first World Cup win after eight previous podiums, again lost to Kroell by a slight margin.
In Friday's super-G, the Norwegian finished third when he came in 0.03 behind Kroell and Feuz.
Feuz finished fourth and extended his overall World Cup lead over technical specialist Marcel Hirscher, who is not racing here.
The Swiss skier now has 1,190 points, 55 ahead of Hirscher and 147 ahead of third-place Ivica Kostelic of Croatia.
Kostelic is recovering from knee surgery and is expected to race next weekend's technical events in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.

New Rochelle -- Inhaled interferon-gamma may be an effective treatment for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a chronic and progressive form of lung disease caused by excessive formation of fibrotic, or scar tissue, in the lungs, according to an article published in Journal of Aerosol Medicine and Pulmonary Drug Delivery (http://www.liebertpub.com/jamp), a peer-reviewed journal from Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. (http://www.liebertpub.com) The article on inhaled interferon-gamma (http://online.liebertpub.com/doi/abs/10.1089/jamp.2011.0919) is available free online at the Journal of Aerosol Medicine and Pulmonary Drug Delivery website.
Normally, systemic delivery of interferon-gamma can cause substantial side effects; however, delivery of aerosolized interferon-gamma directly into the lungs was shown to be safe and was associated with significantly reduced levels of profibrotic regulatory proteins. Keith Diaz, MD, Shibu Skaria, MD, Keith Harris, MD, Mario Solomita, DO, Stephanie Lau, MD, Kristy Bauer, MD, Gerald Smaldone, MD, PhD, and Rany Condos, MD, State University of New York, Stony Brook and New York University School of Medicine, NYC, show that inhalation of interferon-gamma in aerosol form three times a week for at least 80 weeks was well-tolerated by patients, with no systemic side effects.
The authors verified the presence of the drug in the material collected on lung washes and documented no change in the level of interferon-gamma in the blood during the treatment period. The report shows the results of pulmonary function tests, including forced vital capacity (FVC) and total lung capacity (TLC), and the effects of treatment on a six-minute walk test in the article entitled "Delivery and Safety of Inhaled Interferon-gamma in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis." "The scientific community expected the injected form of interferon-gamma to help, but those studies failed. We have shown that inhaled interferon is safe with very high levels in the lungs. Now is the time to repeat the clinical trials with the inhaled form of this therapy."
