First-world favorite Travel + Leisure magazine recently released a list of America?s Best Outdoor Bars, and Sampan?s Graffiti Bar (124 S. 13th Street) made the list. The graffiti comes from local spray paint artists Distort, A Lot, and Rune, who tagged the walls and tables. The bar seats about 30, rain or shine (there?s a good kind of glass ceiling!), and happy hour snacks and signature cocktails are available Monday-Friday from 4-7pm.
