Specific Phobias ? What are phobias and how can I stop it?

What is a phobia? There are a lot of fear out there conditions that people face every day. Some are common and the things we phobia felt as agoraphobia, social and some are less frequent or less known. These conditions occur if the concern is about the worries become so acute that we are no longer engaged in the normal routine.
